Ayla Anderlik is a ceramist and graduate student, who wandered into the ceramics studio just over two years ago, looking for a creative safe haven and artistic outlet. Her love of clay started with an army of hand-built dinosaurs and has grown to include an eclectic collection of mugs and hand-built pieces that have allowed her the opportunity to experiment with glaze, shape, and texture.
